Replace or Restore your Deck

Even though a deck may look weathered, it may be structurally sound.

This was a small deck we restored.  Upon first impression, many decks look like they  have severly deteriorated and will need replacment.  This deck was more structurally sound than it looked.  The owner saved a lot of money by restoring rather than rebuilding.  The overall project took 2 days.  The customer is extremely happy with the results.

Below is a recent deck project we did for a Martinez homeowner.  They will save thousands by restoring their deck.  We did replace some of the wood before painting to help give the deck a newer look.  Look for final photos to be posted this week.

Masters Construction Fence Building and Gate Restoration

Below are pictures of a recent gate restoration and a 200′ privacy fence that was installed.  The gate was just a matter of “shoring up” the gate frame and adding new picktes.  We also added wheels to help support the weight of the gate and allow for easy opening.

For the 200′ fence, the customer wanted something simple, strong, and within their budget.  This project took 2-3 days without any issues.  They were very happy with the results.

Masters Construction Deck Cleaning

Below are photos of a recent deck cleaning that went well.  Notice all the mildew and duct on the deck railings before the cleaning.  Some of these top rails could use a good sanding and repainting.  The “After” photos show brilliant white rails and pickets.  Give us a call if you have an event coming up soon or you just want your house, trim or deck to look the best it can look.
