“I needed someone to install my garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. I called Shawn at Evergreen Handyman to get an estimate. His price was reasonable and his references were excellent. I hired him and could not be more pleased with his work. A modification of my plumbing pipes was necessary so Shawn made the replacement and modifications. He also added extra protection with a new safety encasement for the electric switch which he hung on the back wall of the cabinet under the sink. Most important to homeowners needing help around the house is honesty. You don’t have to worry about someone spending time in your home doing odd jobs around the house. My initial contact with Evergreen Handyman Service was to have my roof and gutters cleaned because my roof is about 30 feet high. I was very impressed with the punctuality, quality, and value of their work. As a result of my first experience, I contracted with them to perform several other repair projects around my house. The diverse projects included: replacing several pieces of rotten wood on the house’s outside mounding, repairing a wooden gate and refinishing my deck. “We had a back deck that we thought needed replacing. Shawn pressure washed it and it looked like new. Then he stained it with cedar stain and it now looks better than new. He fixed a wooden access door that would not close, fixed a number of of electrical problems, and even installed an outside electrical outlet on the front porch, necessitating going through old, solid brick. He pressure washed the whole house, a cobblestone front walk, and a long driveway, as well as trimming some large Palm trees. His prices are reasonable.
